Vision |

society in which children and youths are able to fulfil their
positive potential through the enjoyment of equal opportunities,
rights and responsibilities. |
Mission |
| Driven
by the needs of youths, orphans and vulnerable children, YDAZ
intends to reduce youth unemployment through practically empowering
them by imparting information, skills and resources. |
Objectives |
- To
engage and coordinate the participation of youths in entrepreneurship
projects that promote environmental sustainability
- To
cater for the provision of humanitarian and educational
assistance for orphans and vulnerable children
- To
reduce HIV/AIDS incidence rate among youths through the
meaningful involvement of youths in HIV/AIDS mainstreaming
programs
- To
form strategic partnerships locally, regionally and internationally
for the furtherance of the organisation’s objectives
- To
lobby and advocate for legal policy reforms on matters affecting
children and youths
- To
carry out research on issues affecting children and youths
- To
monitor and evaluate YDAZ programmes
