Vision

A society in which children and youths are able to fulfil their positive potential through the enjoyment of equal opportunities, rights and responsibilities.


Mission

Driven by the needs of youths, orphans and vulnerable children, YDAZ intends to reduce youth unemployment through practically empowering them by imparting information, skills and resources.


Objectives
  • To engage and coordinate the participation of youths in entrepreneurship projects that promote environmental sustainability
  • To cater for the provision of humanitarian and educational assistance for orphans and vulnerable children
  • To reduce HIV/AIDS incidence rate among youths through the meaningful involvement of youths in HIV/AIDS mainstreaming programs
  • To form strategic partnerships locally, regionally and internationally for the furtherance of the organisation’s objectives
  • To lobby and advocate for legal policy reforms on matters affecting children and youths
  • To carry out research on issues affecting children and youths
  • To monitor and evaluate YDAZ programmes
