- To
strengthen public support and understanding of anti-corruption
programmes in Zimbabwe and the region
- To enhance public transparency and accountability
in public affairs, national and international business transactions
in Zimbabwe and the region
- To help develop and broaden Zimbabwe’s
economic and social development by countering corruption
in the public and private sectors in Zimbabwe and the region
- To play a role in the formulation of policies
that discourage and penalizes unethical conduct in the public
and private sectors and the public in general in Zimbabwe
and the region

Statement |
We
exist to promote good governance by fostering a culture of accountability,
transparency and integrity through research based advocacy,
public education/awareness, policy advice and monitoring. We
are measured through endorsement from our stakeholders. We subscribe
to the following core values :

- Fairness
- Participation
Our values are
based on the following principles and ideology:
- A sustainable
anti-corruption campaign is only possible with the involvement
of all stakeholders who include the state, private sector,
civil society and the public
- TI-Zimbabwe
does not ‘name names’ or attack individuals,
but focuses on building integrity systems
- TI-Zimbabwe’s
approach is non-partisan and non-confrontational but is
systems oriented

Electronic

Powerlessness
