| Objectives |
- To
initiate, promote and develop the coordination and participation
of and between member organisations in matters concerning
the care of people with disabilities.
- To
periodically review the facilities available for the rehabilitation
of people with disabilities in order to promote further
developments.
- To
advise the government on any existing or future organisation
concerned with the care of people with disabilities.
- To
disseminate information to any interested body.

Statement |
| To
work with and for people with disabilities so that their rights
are upheld in line with international conventions, eg the
UN Standard Rules, by:
- co-ordinating
cooperation between CSOs, NGOs, government departments and
other stakeholders
- lobbying
and advocating with and on behalf of people with disabilities.
